How far in advance should I order?
We ask for a minimum of 7 days from order to your event date, though we recommend 4 weeks for larger orders. This gives us time to prepare each favour with care and ensure delivery well ahead of your day.
Can I see what the favours look like before ordering?
We don't currently offer physical samples, but every detail of each design is photographed in full on its product page — Classic, Floral, and Rustic. If you have specific questions about colour, finish, or scent, write to us and we'll happily talk you through it.
Can I mix designs in one order?
Yes. Many of our customers do — some tables receive Classic, some Floral, some Rustic. Add each design to your cart separately and the volume pricing applies across your whole order.
What if I need to change the event date?
As long as your order hasn't entered our production window, we can move the date without fuss. Write to us as soon as you know — the more notice you give, the easier it is to accommodate.
Is the perfume safe for sensitive skin?
Our perfume is alcohol-based and contains the notes listed on each product page. As with any fragrance, we recommend a small skin test before wearing more widely. If you or a guest have specific sensitivities, write to us and we'll share full ingredient information.
