Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. For international enquiries, write to us at hello@beitelahlam.com — we can arrange international delivery on a case-by-case basis.

PRODUCTION TIME

Because every order is personalised, we ask for a minimum of 7 days from order to delivery, and recommend 4 weeks for larger orders or those requiring multiple designs. Once production begins, your order is final.

For weddings and major events, place your order as early as possible to allow time for proofing, production, and any adjustments.

DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, standard delivery within the UK takes:

- Mainland UK: 2 to 3 working days
- Scottish Highlands, islands, and remote areas: 3 to 5 working days

Total time from order to delivery is therefore approximately:

- Minimum: 9 working days (7 days production plus 2 days delivery)
- Recommended for larger orders: 4 to 5 weeks

We will keep you informed at each stage and confirm dispatch by email with tracking details.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. We use trusted couriers to ensure your favours arrive safely and on time.

If you require expedited delivery, write to us before placing your order and we will advise what is possible. Expedited delivery may incur additional cost.

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery directly with the courier.

FAILED DELIVERY

If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive it, the courier will usually leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. If the parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or an incorrect address, you may be charged for re-dispatch.

Please ensure the delivery address you provide is accurate, and that someone will be available to receive the parcel — particularly for larger orders.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, write to us at hello@beitelahlam.com before placing your order. We will confirm whether we can deliver to your destination, provide a delivery cost, confirm estimated transit times, and advise on any customs duties or import charges, which are your responsibility.

DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS
