Our story

Every home has its scent. Ours began with a memory.

Beit el Ahlam — the house of dreams. The story of how a wedding, a journey home, and a family studio became a place where keepsakes are made.

No. 01 · Where it began

A promise to remember

When I met my wife, I knew I wanted to give her a wedding she would carry with her always. Not only in photographs — but in the small things. The objects that find their way to the back of a drawer years later and stop you, completely, for a moment. That thought never quite left me.

No. 02 · A return home

The markets of Iraq

The summer before our wedding, I went home — back to Iraq. I walked through markets I hadn't seen in years. Old shopkeepers pressed scented wrists into my hands. Mothers wrapped small parcels for their daughters' weddings, finished with names in gold. Every favour told a story. Every story was meant to be remembered. That memory came home with me.

"Beit el Ahlam — the house of dreams. A name we did not choose lightly. It is what we believe a celebration should feel like: a home you step into for one day, that stays with you for a lifetime."

No. 03 · Made by family

A studio, not a factory

Beit el Ahlam was born in our family's studio. We pour every bottle ourselves. We finish every box with care. Nothing leaves these walls unless it has been made by someone who knows what it is to want a celebration remembered forever.

No. 04 · The promise

Keepsakes, not favours

We do not believe in mass favours. We believe in keepsakes — small letters from your celebration, made to be opened years later and remembered. If you are planning something extraordinary, we would be honoured to be a small part of it.
